These Terms govern your use of Pretix Cloud and any related services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Pretix Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the selected billing cycle. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize Pretix to charge your payment method for recurring fees until cancellation.
You agree not to misuse the services, including but not limited to: illegal activities, violating third‑party rights, distributing malware, attempting to access others’ data, or overloading our infrastructure.
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. However, no service is 100% secure. You are responsible for configuring, using, and exporting your data appropriately and for complying with applicable laws.
Pretix retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including software and content, except for content you upload. You grant Pretix a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the services.
Integrations and links to third‑party services are offered for convenience. We do not control or endorse third‑party services and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
Some features may be identified as beta or experimental and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. They are provided without warranties and may have reduced support.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pretix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pretix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risks to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or email where practicable. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
